Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy for Waxing & Facial Services At Look & Glow Esthetics, we are committed to providing exceptional care, high-quality products, and a relaxing experience for every client. Because our services require professional time, expertise, and product usage, the following policies apply: ⸻ ✨ No Refunds on Services All waxing and facial services are non-refundable. Once a service has been completed, refunds cannot be issued due to the time, products, and specialized care provided. ⸻ ✨ Satisfaction Guarantee Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns about your service: • Please contact us within 24–48 hours of your appointment. • We are happy to offer a complimentary touch-up, correction, or adjustment when appropriate. • Any corrections must be scheduled within 7 days of your original service. ⸻ ✨ Skin Sensitivity & Reactions Even with proper technique and quality products, skin reactions can occur. • Refunds are not issued for redness, irritation, breakouts, ingrown hairs, or reactions after waxing or facial services. • Patch tests are available and recommended for sensitive or first-time clients. ⸻ ✨ Late Arrivals, No-Shows & Cancellations All deposits, prepaid services, and booking fees are non-refundable in the event of: • No-shows • Late cancellations • Excessive lateness that results in rescheduling There will be a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. ✨ Walk-Ins Are Welcome When Time Allows Walk-in clients are accepted based on availability. If there is a service in progress or an upcoming scheduled appointment, you may be asked to wait or return at a later time.
